Did ya miss me? ;0)

Been a lot going on, too much to get into but....comes a time when you have to make decisions for sanity's sake.   My old dogs are so sweet and loving but, they are getting to the point where they just can't hold it like they used to.   Mia is 14 and since her stroke, I don't think she fully feels what is going on in her rear end half the time.   She just....goes then runs for the door.  Milcah and Ella, who are 11 and 12 aren't doing too bad but they have their moments and Zeppo being a jealous boy, gets miffed and hikes his leg on whatever is handy when he thinks he's been slighted.  Frosty and Jake, the 15 yr olds are already crated pretty much most of the time.  They sleep all the time so they are happy.   Can't put a dog down just because they are old. Putting the crates back up in the kitchen doesn't make me happy but then neither does cleaning up pee and poop 10 times a day, so!   The decision to keep them crated at night and most times in between is a difficult one but in order to keep my sanity not to mention my floors,is a must.    Having 5 old dogs and a 6 yr old rescue can be very trying.   

Talk about trying, try 9 puppies in the living room who are getting big enough to climb out of the tops of the x-pens.  They have only been able to go out on dry days.  They love to run around the house and are excellent to go back to their potty area, never on the floor.
